Subject: A Pike County app project that could interest our tourism community

Hi everyone,

I wanted to introduce you to something my son-in-law, Derek, has been working on. His wife, Jordan, has wanted an app like this for a long time, and he decided to bring the idea to life.

It’s called TouristApp. It helps people find interesting places they might otherwise drive past—historic sites, parks, museums, scenic overlooks, and more. People can add stops to a trip or have it put together a Sunday drive based on the time they have available.

The project is looking for local people to try the iPhone beta and share honest feedback. I thought it could be of interest to people involved in Pike County tourism, local history, and helping visitors explore our area.
